Course Critique has 2 main types of Campaigns:

• End of Lesson campaign

  • Collect feedback after each lesson.
  • Default questions:
  • • Clarity and helpfulness ranking (1-5).
    • Open text for additional feedback.

• End of Course campaign

  • Gather overall course feedback.
  • NPS question and open text.

Choose videos to trigger the survey

• End of Lesson Campaign:

  • Select multiple videos from your list.

• End of Course Campaign:

  • Choose one video as the trigger.
